At XO Beauty we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We'll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from xobeauty.ie and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 21 days of the PURCHASE date. The products must be unopened and unused.

Should you have a skin response to your product please contact us as soon as possible.

Please contact us within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order. This must be submitted via our contact us page, if you have any difficulties, please contact us at xobeautycork@gmail.com.

Please follow the simple instructions below:

1. Submit your return via our contact us page. We will require you to upload photos of your item. We will not accept images from our website, 3rd party websites or any other images that are not of your own Dermalogica order with packaging. If the images supplied do not meet the guidelines there may be a delay processing your refund.

2. We will be in contact within 5 working days with instructions for returns. It is the customer's responsibility to repackage the items for return. XO Beauty does not send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items.

3. Returns must be made via post. XO Beauty will not cover postage.
